Our teacher mentoring program provides the skills and knowledge needed to safely and effectively teach the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® system to clients. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process of learning and understanding the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercise sequences, proper teaching techniques, and safety protocols.
